TKS believes in giving back. That’s why we are employee-owned, have a higher than normal company pay ratio, and prioritizes people over profit. In 2021, we started our TKS scholarship fund for CA’s that work at properties with us.
TKS Scholarship Fund
The scholarship is 100% merit based heavily weighed off 3 factors:
- Prioritization and commitment to their property
- Desire to assume more responsibility in their CA role
- How successfully they balance school, work, and life
TKS also partners up with WorthWhile – a brand that strives to aid in the rising stigma of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt by providing clothing with positive reminder. Our amazing Area Leader, Tyler Steigleman created WorthWhile in 2020 and his goal of spreading positivity, love, and unity is what we should all strive to represent.
